Lyman Frank Baum wrote the book The Wonderful Wizard of Oz, which is a popular version of the new version called The Wizard of the Oz. It was originally published by the George M. Hill Company in Chicago in 1900. The story revolves around the adventures of a girl named Dorothy in the Land of Oz.
Initial sales were excellent which led author Baum to write 13 more books. With Oz as popular now as it has ever been there is a huge demand for Wizard of OZ collectables. Similar Merchandize like Disney collectables are also very popular.
